Eatonton, GA, May 1, 2025 – Eatonton celebrates National Economic Development Week from May 7-12. National Economic Development Week was created and is coordinated by The International Economic Development Council. It is being held during the week of the organization’s 92nd anniversary as the largest professional membership organization for economic developers.

Eatonton joins cities nationwide to increase awareness of jobs and career development programs that enhance local economic impact.
